Progress, History & Accounts
This section explains how to revisit past questions, track learning, and manage accounts.
Where can I see past homework questions?
You can find previous questions and explanations in the History area of the app. Each entry shows:
- The original question (image or text),
- The AI’s explanation and solution,
- The date and time of the session.
History helps students review what they have learned and lets parents see how homework time is being used.
Can I track my child’s progress?
Yes. HomeTutor may show simple analytics, such as:
- How many questions your child has asked,
- Which topics they practise most,
- How their accuracy or confidence changes over time.
These tools are designed to help families and teachers see patterns and focus on the areas where extra practice is useful.
Can multiple children use one parent account?
In many cases, yes. A parent account can host several student profiles, for example one per child. Each profile has its own homework history and progress tracking.
Check the Family / Students section in settings to add or manage profiles under your main login.
How do I change my email, password, or language?
Open Settings > Account to update your details:
- Email: Enter the new address and confirm it.
- Password: Choose a strong password and keep it private.
- Language: Select your preferred interface and explanation language.
Some changes may require email confirmation for security.
